2003 Beautiful Gelding, Great Mover, Great Mind!
Paprika is an 11 yr old registered TB mare with the competitive spirit of her sire, Mokhieba, who is out of Full Back (Kentucky Derby Winner). She was underutilized as a foxhunter most of her life. In 2009, she started eventing placed in every combined training test or event she entered. She is an exceptional athlete and very bold. A beautiful mover. Dressage scores were very competitive and never refuses a jump no matter how unusual or difficult. She is also very fun to ride out, cross country by herself.
Great on trails, ponies other horses. Would make an excellent staff or masters horse for a fast, demanding hunt. She is perfect for an intermediate rider to ride first field. Paprika is not complicated to ride, just very forward. She is ready to go novice level for 2010, so hopefully she can find someone who wants to compete as much as she does! She has Fox hunted for 6 years with Fairfax, Middleburg, Piedmont. Selected as finalist Field Hunter Championship 08. No vices, great ground manners.
